Returns

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or the wrong product, please:

1. Email us at info@bootley.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the fault or incorrect item.
3. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Exclusions

• We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
